We were using a different publishing provider before we signed on with DCatalog, but their solution was a yacht when what we needed was a speedboat. The price point and customer service were not meeting our expectations, so we started looking for a new digital publishing provider. We needed an enhanced, feature-loaded solution that provided us with more creative control and immediate access to the platform so we could make changes as needed.

With our previous solution, we had drastically decreased the documents we were sharing in a digital format because the solution wasn’t working the way we needed it to. DCatalog is a dependable, powerful platform that allows us to upload our documents quickly. The admin portal gives us control to design, update, and do the creative work on our own. With the DCatalog platform, we have the ability to add a lot of bells and whistles to the content, such as videos, sound files, bookmarks, links, and more. The platform is very user-friendly and intuitive for the end-user, which made it easy to implement with a number of our Lockton teams.
Discovering the archive feature got us super excited. We were able to store a lot of our past content in one location to allow users to quickly browse and reference related documents. The auto-archive feature enables us to combine multiple related documents per URL. Our users have quick access to the archive at the click of a button. They can filter the library by name for easy access to the content.
